The new Vikings Stadium is becoming more family friendly by being the first NFL franchise to install lactation suites for nursing mothers.

The Vikings have partnered with Mamva to install the pods in multiple locations including: U.S. Bank Stadium and TCF Bank Stadium as well as at the Winter Park training facility, the team's headquarters in Eden Prairie, and the downtown Minneapolis office location.

Vikings Chief Operating Officer Kevin Warren said "Creating a family-friendly environment and a positive experience for all fans at our football games is paramount to the Minnesota Vikings." The suite will be 4 foot by 8 foot and will include benches and an electrical outlet to plug in a breast pump. The unit is meant for individual use, but can fit mothers with babies and other children too.

I think this is a great idea because mothers won't have to worry about doing this in the bathroom or not being able to go to games at all. I'm all about family and I'm glad the Vikings are the first NFL to do this. Let me know what you think in the comments below and what else they should add to the new stadium.
