Moose Rescued by Gunflint Trail Volunteer Fire Department

A moose can weigh up to 1,500 pounds, so I can imagine trying to rescue one isn't an easy thing to do, especially in the ice and water!

But that is exactly what the Gunflint Trail Volunteer Fire Department along with some residents of Hungry Jack Lake did this morning.

Hungry Jack Lake is located about three hours north of the Twin Ports near nothing.
