Movember is Upon Us! Why I’m Growing a Moustache to Help Stop Prostate and Testicular Cancer [VIDEO]

If you notice a uptick in the amount of moustache's you see around it can only mean one thing, it's Movember! A month when men grow a moustache to raise awareness and money for men's health, particularly prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. Some co-workers and myself have decide to become "Mo Bros" and grow,  groom, trim and wax our way into the annals of fine moustachery for a good cause!

Movember was started in Australia and New Zealand in 2004 and quickly grew in popularity enough so that they expanded in 2007 into Ireland, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, the United Kingdom, Israel, South Africa, Taiwan and the United States.

Men are encouraged to start the month with a cleanly shaven canvas on which to grow their furry friend. At the end of the month Mo Bros and Mo Sistas should get together and celebrate by either throwing their own Movember party or attending one of the infamous Gala Partés held around the world, the nearest being in Minneapolis on November 29th.
