New Coffee Shop And Art Gallery Planned For Duluth’s Lincoln Park Neighborhood
A new coffee shop and art gallery is planing to open in Duluth's Lincoln Park neighborhood later this summer.
The coffee shop will open up on the corner of 23rd Avenue West and Superior Street which used to be home to a hair salon and is currently home to a laundromat.
According to DNT, the American Indian Community Housing Organization bout the building and plan to restore the third floor of the building and creating 18 affordable studio apartments.
I love seeing Duluth ago and the neighborhood strive. I'm super pumped for this coffee shop and art gallery, and excited to see what else will pop up in the area.
