The new Arris Duluth, located at 330 East Palm Street, right behind Dollar Tree on Central Entrance is now pre-leasing a variety of floor plans for studios, alcoves, and 1-2-3 bedroom apartments.

And like many of the new apartment complexes built around the area, it's not only about the living spaces they can offer, but the amenities available for residents, and Arris Duluth will offer an on-site fitness center, sports simulator, wellness room, lounge room, game room, and an "amenity deck" complete with a bonfire.

Parking is always a consideration when living in an apartment, so Arris Duluth will have covered carports for residents along with an on-site car wash station, they'll also have charging stations for electric vehicles and plenty of bike storage.


What Types of Apartments Do They Offer?

The complex offers a whopping 30 different floor plans all with localized names like Enger, Bayfront, Gooseberry, Temperance River, and more. Prices vary wildly, a studio can start at $1,180 monthly, while a 3-bedroom Bayfield layout is $3,246 monthly.


According to their website, all the units will include energy-efficient appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, wood-look LVT flooring, and quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, they are also offering upgrade packages for appliances, flooring, and outdoor spaces. The apartments are also pet friendly, offering pet rent for $30 per cat and $40 per dog, with a $250 one-time fee.
