New Retail and Housing Development Planned for Superior

If everything goes as planned, Superior will be getting a new retail/housing development on Belknap and Grand Ave.

Superior Mayor Jim Paine said on Facebook that the cities planning commission started the process of approving the new project which will include new shops and housing.

The development will be located next to the Superior Cathedral on the old Central High School lot. P&R Properties is behind the project, they recently opened ONYX of Superior, an apartment complex located just a few blocks from this new development.
