Not long after the Minnesota State Fair dropped its list of new foods for 2025, a list of the new drinks making their debut at the fair was released, and they sound pretty amazing!

Referred to by fair organizers as "Specialty Sips", these specially-made craft beers, ciders, seltzers, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks bring a combination of photo-worthy visuals and imaginative flavor combinations to fairgoers looking for a beverage.

Like many of the foods that make their appearance at the Great Minnesota Get-Together, a vast majority of the beverages that appear at the fair are creations of Minnesota businesses.

As in years past, most of the new beverages come from businesses in the greater Twin Cities area. That said, the Duluth area is the second-most represented region of the state, with a solid handful of beverages appearing at this year's fair.
