Over 2,000 People Without Power In Duluth Monday Morning
Minnesota Power is reporting an outage impacting up to 2,500 customers in the eastern part of Duluth on Monday morning.
In a message shared via social media on Monday morning, Minnesota Power said they are responding to a tree that had fallen on a power line, causing an outage in Duluth's Lakeside and Lester Park area.
According to Minnesota Power's outage tracker, the outage was reported at 6:37 am and is still impacting about 2,300 customers in the area highlighted in orange in the map below.
Minnesota Power anticipates having the outage taken care of later this morning, estimating a full restoration of power to impacted customers by about 10:45 am Monday morning.
