Last week a strong line of storms moved through Northern Minnesota, the storms produced a tornado and someone caught the small twister on video.

The video was captured on July 11th, according to the National Weather Service, "funnel clouds were reported forming over Lower Red Lake, with one touching down over the water and moving onshore near Ponemah. This cell also produced another touchdown on land shortly before moving into the Upper Red Lake. Another thunderstorm produced a tornado over the eastern portion of Lower Red Lake, which moved onshore and produced damage near Saum. Additional thunderstorms in Becker County produced severe wind resulting in tree and crop damage."

The tornado was very small, rated an EF - 0, with peak winds at 80 m.p.h. and was on the ground for about 1.8 miles.
