Rip Tides

We are coming off a scorching hot weekend with people all over the state taking to the water, and around here generally means Lake Superior in which conditions can can change on a dime.

Summer is here and it is getting hot, and many Northlanders are heading to the beach. We don't have the ocean but we do have the biggest fresh water lake in the world and with it comes many dangers including Riptides or Rip Currents.
