The Duluth Police Department announced this week they are part of statewide patrol campaign to make sure motorists are following Minnesota's seat belt laws.
If you notice extra law enforcement out on the roads in the Northland, it's likely related to the 'Click It or Ticket' campaign running now through the end of November.
October was the deadliest month so far in 2012 on Minnesota roads for unbelted motorists, 15 were killed in accidents throughout the state, 87 total since the beginning of the year according to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
