Teen Choice Awards Red Carpet Fashion [PHOTOS]

The Teen Choice Awards were held in Hollywood last night and it's just as exciting to look at the fashion as it is to see who walks away with a surfboard trophy.  I'm not a fashion expert, but everyone looked pretty good walking the red carpet, everyone but Fergie, WTF was she thinking, that is an ugly dress!
