The Blue Rock Grill In Duluth Has Reopened After Some Remodeling

It has been a while since Blue Rock Grill has been open after they did some remodeling and tweaking their menu. Originally they were going to re-open back in March but due to the pandemic it was delayed until yesterday when they had a soft opening.

Looking over their menu they truly have all their bases covered. From coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, salads  and delicious desserts to craft cocktails and a full bar and wine selection, what more could you ask for? Plus, the prices seem super reasonable too. For your convenience they also have a drive thru window or you can order online and they will have your stuff ready to pick up.

Holly Busker who is the bar manager and assistant general manager said to WDIO:

We think we’re really going to wow people right out the gate with what our menu has to offer. Some of the crafted cocktails and spirits that we bought in. Ummm so we just kind of want to show you what we have in general to the public."

Again it is so great to see all these local restaurants and shops popping up all over town and they definitely add some charm to whatever neighborhood they happen to be in. They are located at 1702 Miller Trunk Highway in Duluth and are officially open to the public!
