While most of us are digging out from a snowstorm, the City of Duluth Parks is busy looking for summer workers.

Duluth is looking to hire full-time workers to start mid-May and work through much of August. They are looking for people 18 and older that like to work outdoors.

These are great jobs for students or others looking for some summer work, pay is $12.75 an hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance of lawns, trees, plants, flowers, and shrubs.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks of recreation
facilities and parks.
• Pick up trash along roads and sidewalks.
• Sweep sidewalks, shovel snow, rake grass, and leaves.
• Clean catch basins of leaves and other debris.
