The Eighth Annual Duluth Superior Film Festival Kicks off May 30 [VIDEO]

The Duluth Superior Film Festival (DSFF) returns for it's 8th year starting May 30-June 3rd which delivers film, music and art to the Twin Ports and IT'S FREE! DSFF will take place at various venues around the city including Zinema, Teatro Zuccone, Clyde Iron Works, and Blacklist Artisan Ales.

Like in years past with the festival it will focus on regional productions, this year over a dozen of the films and all of the short films will have some kind of influence from the region.

Opening Night will be Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 Clyde Iron Works. Doors open at 7PM Film at 8 PM there will be a reception in Clyde Iron Mezzanine immediately following the film. Opening Night Film is called: VIRGINIA, MINNESOTA  and is Directed by Daniel Stine with Lead actress Aurora Perrineau! This film was shot in and around Duluth as well as up and down The North Shore. A post screening reception will be held in the Clyde Iron mezzanine with complimentary appetizers provided by Clyde Iron Works and free beer provided by Lake Superior Brewing.
