The artist The Weeknd is having a big week with his upcoming half time performance at the Super Bowl this Sunday where he is using 7 million dollars of his own money to produce and now has announced the dates for his " After Hours World Tour."

This is the first world tour announcement by any artists for 2022 that includes North America and Europe. The Weeknd's 104-date global tour will kick off on Jan. 14 in Vancouver at Pepsi Live at Rogers Arena with a stop in Saint Paul, before wrapping up Nov. 16 in London at The O2 Arena.

According to a press release from Xcel Energy Center:

With the addition of 39 new tour dates, The Weeknd will also release The Highlights on Friday, Feb. 5. The Highlights is a way to present some of The Weeknd’s most notable works in one place. While this isn’t a “Greatest Hits” album it does provide a new listener a rich foray into some of the iconic artist’s best and favorite work. Fans can pre-save and pre-order the album HERE.

The Weeknd's Tour Date at The Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul is scheduled for January 21 2022.  Tickets are on sale now for the rescheduled show for Jan. 21, 2022 at Xcel Energy Center. All previously purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. I have seen some live performances from the Weeknd on TV and he was incredible. I could not even imagine how over the top his live tour would be. Hopefully if all goes well his tour will still be able to happen, but since the St. Paul show is a little less than a year away fingers crossed concerts will be back on again by then. In the meantime we can enjoy his show at this years Super Bowl.
