UW-Superior Hosting Kid’s Triathlon

University of Wisconsin-Superior’s Campus Recreation is giving kids the opportunity to compete in a triathlon coming up in August.

The triathlon takes place on August 11th at the Marcovich Wellness Center on the UWS Campus. Kids will be placed into three age groups, 6-8, 9-11 and 12-14. The cost is $20 per kid.

Kids will bike around the UWS Campus, run in the MWC field house and swim at the Joan Hedrick Swimming Pool in the MWC. The triathlon starts at 8:20 am with the 6-8 age group.

All finishers will get a t-shirt and a free hot dog. All participants must have a bike, bike helmet, running shoes, and swimwear. Registration must be completed by August 3rd by 3 pm. You can get the registration and liability forms here.
