Vinny Returns to ‘Jersey Shore’; The Situation Gets Sued

And now for more 'Jersey Shore' drama: According to TMZ, cast member Vinny Guadagnino has returned to the MTV reality show just days after he reportedly called it quits.

Sources say Guadagnino went out to dinner and to a club with the 'Jersey Shore' cast Saturday night. He was also spotted carrying a laundry bag into the infamous Seaside Heights beach house.

As TMZ previously reported, Guadagnino had left the house "for good" last week after a heated argument with a member of the cast.

Meanwhile, Guadagnino's co-star, Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino, is reportedly being sued for $1 million after he unceremoniously fired his ex-manager in May.

The suit, filed by Gotham NYC Entertainment, claims that Sorrentino was required to give Gotham 30 days notice, and a chance to correct any problems, before they parted ways.

Sorrentino reportedly fired his manager for "lack of performance."

Well, nobody can say they aren't entertaining.
