Watch This Unique Perspective of the William A. Irvin’s Move

The SS William A Irvin spent a year away from its home next to the DECC, but it's back and this view from aboard the ship gives you a unique perspective.

Timelapse video was taken by Derek Montgomery Photography from what appears to be the ship's bridge area captured the 6-hour move from Fraser Shipyards to its slip next to the DECC.

Lots of people power, tugboats, a couple of barges with excavators on them and some heavy machinery on land helped nudge the giant ship back into place.
