Instead of squashing rumors of his problems with the Packers' organization by showing up at practice, Aaron Rodgers vacations in Hawaii.

Rodgers was seen in video posted online of time enjoying some time with his fiancée Shailene Woodley and actor Miles Teller along with his wife in Hawaii. The video shows Rodgers and gang doing some karaoke and singing Bob Dylan's 'Wagon Wheel' while Rodgers plays a guitar.

The Packers started their organized team activities on Monday, and some would dismiss this revelation as no big deal, but it's the first time in his 16 years with the team that he has not attended OTAs.

By not attending the practice sessions Rodgers will forfeit a $500,000 bonus he would have gotten by showing up. This move will certainly fuel the speculation that Rodgers is very serious about playing hardball with the team and could be potentially on his way out of Green Bay.

The next team activity happens in about 3 weeks when the Packers fire up their mini camp, so all eyes will be on Lambeau Field to see if the future Hall of Fame quarterback makes an appearance.

Roders is under contract with the Green Bay Packers through the 2024 season, but rumors of his unhappiness with the organization have really picked up steam over the last couple of months, and he's done little to dismiss those rumors and the team is saying that #12 will be playing for the team going forward. The Packers surprised everyone, including Rodgers when they drafted QB Jordan Love in the 2020 NFL Draft.
