Another Taco Bell Location Is Planned For Duluth

After roughly 20 years of having just one Taco Bell in Duluth there are finally plans for a second one planned on London Road.

According to a zoning notice on the old BP on the corner of London Road and 21st Ave East, plans are underway to build a new Taco Bell. Hopefully this happens, plans for a second Taco Bell was underway back in 2015 for a West Duluth location, but those plans fell through.

DNT reported before Marvin Development IV, LLC can move forward, they must have a hearing and get approval from the planning and zoning commission on July 10th at City Hall. The building will be one story and approximately 2,186 square feet with a drive-through.

I'm all for having another Taco Bell location in Duluth. I remember growing up there was one in West Duluth off Central Avenue where Charley's currently is. It will be exciting to see if these plans will work out.
