UPDATE: the Burnett County Sheriff's Office has located the owner of the trailer and says it is being removed from the side of the road.

Here's something you don't see everyday: a giant trailer of sorts on the side of the road.

That is exactly what the Burnett County Sheriff's Office came across recently. They shared the strange finding on their Facebook page Wednesday (November 4th). This isn't your average trailer, either. It's huge. Take a look at the photo they shared below:

Wow! I have a lot of questions about this, including how they even got this trailer as far as they did and why they just dumped it on the side of the road. Ha!

The Burnett County Sheriff's Office didn't elaborate on the trailer. They ask that anyone that has any information regarding who owns it and / or how it got there reach out to them at 715-349-2121. Burnett County is just over an hour drive from the Duluth area.

It's been a strange week in terms of what's happening on the roads. First, we have this post from the Burnett County Sheriff's Office. Earlier this week, a picture from a Wisconsin State trooper went viral and for good reason: they pulled someone over that had a giant snowmobile strapped to the top of their tiny car!

The driver of the car said he was trying to go to his friend's house to show him his new snowmobile at the time he was pulled over. The photo quickly gained traction online. The state patrol trooper says it was shared not to shame the driver but to remind everyone about transporting snowmobiles safely as we head into winter.

I wonder what will happen next.
