Chick-Fil-A is plannning on selling bottles of its Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauces, with profits from the sales going to Chick-fil-A's employee scholarship program. The scholarship program awards $25,000 to 12 restaurant Team Members.

This news came out yesterday. The company said 100 percent of the profits will go to the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship Initiative. Which sounds pretty neat, but this is exciting news because half of the reason I go to Chic-Fil-A is for their delicious sauces and now I can stock up and it's a nice feeling knowing this is going to a good cause.

"Chick-fil-A Sauce and Polynesian Sauce are our two most popular sauces, so we are extremely excited to offer them at select retail stores outside of the restaurant,”

-Michael Patrick, principal program lead, Beyond the Restaurant.

and....

"And because our Team Members are truly our 'secret sauce' to creating a positive experience in our restaurants, each time a customer purchases a bottled sauce at a participating retailer, the Chick-fil-A profits will support team members through our scholarship program."

-Michael Patrick, principal program lead, Beyond the Restaurant.

While the dipping sauces will only be sold for a limited time as part of a pilot program in Florida, the brand did mention the possibility of a nationwide roll-out in the future, contingent on the performance of the Florida testing. Sounds like April or May 2020. I will keep my eyes pealed hopefully these sauces come out before grilling season begins.
