This video is confusing at best to me.  I never understood the tensions between firemen and officers.    The video explains why the fireman was arrested.

All this was caught on camera by CBS 8 San Diego.

In my own opinion I think that the accident victims come first any slowing of traffic is a very distant secondary.

What are your thoughts?
