CJ Ham’s Annual Football Camp Returns To Duluth This Summer
Duluth native CJ Ham has made an annual tradition of conducting a youth football camp at his hometown high school, and that tradition is set to continue this year!
Ham, who is a Duluth Denfeld graduate (and recently retired Minnesota Viking), will be bringing his annual summer football camp back to Denfeld this summer. The 2026 camp marks the 7th year CJ has hosted a youth football camp in Duluth.
This year, it includes a new addition!
As in years past, Ham's football camp has been broken into two different demographics. One part of the camp is specifically dedicated to younger players, from 1st through 5th grade, while the other is focused on 6th through 9th graders.

This year, the new addition is a girls' flag football camp, which will welcome high school girls from 9th through 12th grade.
The 2026 CJ Ham Youth Football Camp in Duluth will be on Saturday, July 18, at Walt Hunting Stadium - Marv Heikkinen Field (formerly known as Public Schools Stadium) at Duluth Denfeld High School.
The breakdown of the day's schedule is as follows:
1st - 5th grade camp: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
6th - 9th grade camp: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
9th - 12th grade girls flag football camp: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
In order to be eligible, camp attendees need to be entering one of the applicable grades in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

Space for each of these camps is limited and requires advanced registration. You can register for the various camps here:
1st - 5th grade camp and 6th - 9th grade camp
9th - 12th grade girls flag football camp
Aside from the camp instruction experience itself, attendees also get a camp t-shirt, a signed CJ Ham autograph card, and water & light snacks.
The Duluth camp is one of a couple of football camps CJ Ham operates each year. Along with the Duluth camp, Ham also runs a camp in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which is where he went to college. That camp is held each summer at his alma mater, Augustana University.
