I had to run some errands around lunchtime today and in the span of a half hour I saw 5 cars in Duluth on major roads with no lights on in pea soup Fog! Ugh!

If you are a brand new teen driver in an old car where your lights do not go on automatically I may be able to give you a pass, but every person I saw was at least 30 something and driving newer vehicles. Now correct me If I am wrong but don't most newer vehicles have an auto option where your lights are always on?

This is so incredibly dangerous and I almost got T-boned on Arrowhead road because some knucklehead had their lights off and came barreling towards me out of the mist. People please use your heads, we all know how unpredictable the weather can be around here and with the hills and windy roads you have got to pay attention.

I did not flash my lights at oncoming cars with no lights on because some people take it the wrong way and I don't want to end up with some crazed road-rager coming after me. Common sense people, with warm weather returning to the area we will have plenty more days like this, pay attention and TURN ON YOUR LIGHTS!
