Duluth Police Encourage People to Stay Home

The Duluth Police Department released a statement via Facebook to stay indoors unless it's an emergency. 

When I drove a half block away to get lunch, even I spun out! Please drive with caution tonight if you have to go anywhere! Road conditions are hazardous and have poor visibility.
