
An All-New Circus Experience Coming To Duluth’s AMSOIL Arena This Summer
Prepare for some family fun at the DECC this summer as a new circus experience comes to AMSOIL Arena in Duluth.
The team at the DECC announced that the AAD Shrine Glow Circus Spectacular will be making an appearance at AMSOIL Arena for three shows in June.
The all-new Glow Circus Spectacular features talented performers from around the world, including contortionists, aerialists, and other performers not only from the United States, but also from places like Colombia, Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, and more, adding international flair to the American circus tradition.
Notice the "glow" part of the name? This circus experience has a "vibrant glow party atmosphere combined with spectacular laser shows that add a magical, luminescent dimension to the classic circus experience.
Some of the highlights from the performers include things like:
- The legendary Human Cannonball
- Daring BMX riders
- Heart-stopping Motorcycle Globe of Steel
- Glowing aerial performers
- Precision archery demonstration
The circus experience includes not only jaw-dropping feats of wonder, but also laughter. Organizers say this event blends classic circus entertainment with modern theatrical elements that all come together for what they say is an unforgettable experience for people of all ages.

If you're wondering if there will be animals at this circus, there will be.
Along with the human performers, creatures like elephants and camels will be part of the experience, with the opportunity for up-close encounters. The circus team says on their website that they are "committed 110% to the exceptional care and ethical treatment of all of our animals. We believe in animal-human relationships that are built upon respect, trust, affection, and absolutely uncompromising care."

If you want to see this circus when it comes to Duluth this summer, you'll be able to catch one of three shows scheduled over two dates.
There will be two shows on Saturday, June 28, with one at 1 pm and the other at 6 pm. The third show will be on Sunday, June 29 at 3 pm.
