* Until 130 AM CDT

* At 735 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
already fallen, with another round of thunderstorms due to move
into the area within the hour. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Duluth, Cloquet, Hermantown, Proctor, Scanlon, Saginaw, Pike Lake
Near Duluth, Knife River, French River, Grand Lake, Fredenberg,
Mahnomen, Cody, Palmers, Fish Lake, Spirit Valley, Central
Hillside, Lakeside-lester Park, Esko, and Piedmont Heights.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in a short period of
time are possible in the warned area.
