How awesome is this? A Northland favorite is getting some time to shine on national television for the second time.

It looks like Gordy's Hi-Hat is going to be featured on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives once again! The popular restaurant announced the big news on their Facebook page Wednesday (July 22nd), writing the following:

We spent our morning filming for another episode of Diners Drive-ins and Dives. We are so honored to be chosen for this show again, and so thankful for all of our customers that make this possible for us. Sorry to anyone who showed up today while our kitchen was closed for filming, and hope you stop in to see us soon!

That is so awesome! There aren't many details regarding the episode as of right now, including an air date. However, they were kind enough to share a few photos of the filming itself and a look behind the scenes. I am not seeing Guy Fieri in any of the photos so hopefully he makes an appearance at some point. Ha! You can take a look at the photos below:

As mentioned, this isn't the first time the eatery has been featured on the show. The Food Network hit featured Gordy's Hi-Hat once before in season nine. It looks like it was so good they decided to circle back!

Gordy's Hi-Hat is located at 415 Sunnyside Drive in Cloquet. They are known for their delicious burgers, onion rings, fries and shakes.

By the way - it is only open for a short time each year, usually closing for the winter season. You better feast while you can!
