Governor Mark Dayton Agrees With GOP to End Minnesota State Shutdown

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton "reluctantly" agreed to the Republicans budget proposal to end the the State shutdown today.

The Governor did have a few conditions that the GOP has to "review" before anything can be official.

If the Republicans agree to the deal, a special session could be called in the next 3 days to end the shutdown and put the State back to work.  See the letter from the Governor after the jump.
