Great Steak Now Open At Miller Hill Mall + Review

The newest tenant in Miller Hill Mall's food court is Great Steak. Dubbed 'America's Premier Cheesesteak' is now serving hot sandwiches in Duluth.

Like the previous tenants before it (Steak Escape, Charley's Grilled Subs, and Yu & J's Korean BBQ Grilled Subs) Great Steak is serving delicious steak sandwiches and other grilled goodies.

I've been in love with grilled steak sandwiches for as long as I can remember. I've also been upset every time a grilled sub shop has closed, so I was super pumped to give Great Steak a try. I ordered the Chicagoland Cheesesteak. According to the menu: "this one’s got it all – Philly cheese, provolone & white American cheese with grilled onions, green peppers & mushrooms".

So right off the bat, I loved the looked of the grilled sub. Ooey gooey cheese covering steak, mushrooms, and peppers is what I want to see every time. I also love that the bread is always different at every grilled sub shop. The bread was a nice size, not too big and not too crunchy. I didn't get the exact punch to the taste buds I was looking for, but it did satisfy my ooeey gooey cheese craving. I'm not a fry guy, so I won't give you my thoughts on those, but my daughters enjoyed them!

Overall the I'd give the sandwich a 3 out of 5. I wasn't blown away, but I enjoyed it. I think I might try the Ultimate Chicken Philly next. Great Steak is now open in the mall's food court and follows regular mall hours.
