I'm Not A Big Foodie, But This Looks Amazing [VIDEO]

I like food like any other person. I wouldn't call myself a foodie though. However, I definitely would like to try this. Alinea is a restaurant in Chicago that combines Science and Art when they make their food. This video shows them making the final dessert. I wish we had places like this in Duluth.

On second thought, where is a place with great dessert here in the Twin Ports?
