29th Annual Thanksgiving Day Buffet Is Right Around the Corner

It is almost time again for the 29th Annual Thanksgiving Day Buffet at the DECC put on by the College of St. Scholastica. Every year the doors open for people from all over the community to come inside and enjoy a warm meal absolutely free. Of course an event of this magnitude could not happen with out the help of a lot of volunteers, if you are interested in helping out please click here. There are a few spots left but it does fill up very fast.

If you are a shut-in, or know someone who is, they can arrange for a home-delivered meal on Thanksgiving Day. Please call (218) 723-6484 and listen carefully to the directions. All reservations are due by Friday, Nov. 16, 2018. If you have any other questions, please email thanksgiving@css.edu.

The event is Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 22 from 11 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center with an estimated crowd of around 5,000 people attending. Free DTA Bus Transportation to the DECC that day. the schedule can be found at Duluthtransit.com.
