Duluth Police Need Help Identifying Two Individuals Who Robbed Kwik Trip
On Monday, June 19, the Kwik Trip located on the 4200 block of Grand Avenue was robbed. The robbery suspects, who appear to be male, were captured in surveillance photos, and now the Duluth Police Department needs help identifying who they are so they can be located.
This is the second time this year that Duluth Police have reached out looking to identify a suspect in a robbery involving that same Grand Avenue Kwik Trip. In February of this year, another robbery took place at the store.
The June 19 robbery looks like it involved two individuals and although one tried to hide their identity with a hood, the other left their head and face exposed. It's likely they know one another, so you'd hope the identification of one suspect would lead authorities to the other.
Duluth Police are now asking anyone with information on the June robbery, or who recognizes the suspects in the photographs, to please call the Duluth Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit at (218)-730-5050 and reference ICR# 23086128. You can also submit an anonymous tip by texting the keyword 'DPDTIP' and your tip to 847411.
Even if you don't recognize the individuals or have any information on this robbery, you can still help by sharing this across your social media accounts. As is always the case in situations such as this, the more people who get this information and see the suspects, the better chance that they will be recognized, located, and stopped from trying this again at another Duluth business.
