Law enforcement reported recovering a gun at the scene. The man and woman’s bodies were transported to the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of their deaths.

Their names will be released pending the autopsy results and notification of next of kin, the news release says. The Minnesota BCA and Buffalo Ridge Drug and Violent Crime Task Force are investigating the deaths.

The preliminary investigation results indicate the deaths are the result of an isolated incident.
