
55-Year-Old Minnesota Woman Killed in Head-on Crash With Semi
An eastbound SUV had crossed the centerline while navigating a curve and collided head-on with the westbound semi, according to the state crash report.
Underwood, MN (MinnesotaNow)- A Minnesota woman lost her life in a head-on crash with a semi truck.

Both drivers were the only people involved in the deadly crash.
The State Patrol responded to the scene of the fatal collision shortly after 11:00 Saturday morning.

Fergus Falls Woman Killed in Head-on Crash With Semi on Hwy. 210
The traffic fatality occurred on Hwy. 210 about 18 miles east of Fergus Falls.

55-year-old Sandra Marie Olson of Fergus Falls was driving the SUV. She was pronounced dead at the scene, the State Patrol says.
The truck driver, identified as 62-year-old John Floyd Mayfield of Perham, escaped the fatal collision without injuries, according to the State Patrol.
Olson was not wearing her seatbelt and neither driver was under the influence of alcohol, the state crash report indicates.
