Study Reveals Shocking Results of Minnesota’s Favorite Gas Station

No, it's not Kwik Trip. I know, I know, blasphemy.

This study claims that our favorite gas station is one that has locations primarily in the Twin Cities and they have a bit more than half the number of locations that Kwik Trip does in Minnesota.

The study also reveals our favorite gas station snack, but I'm not sure I can believe anything they say anymore.

Minnesota's Favorite Gas Station

The study, done by Hartley Law, looked at Google Search Trends to determine which gas station is the favorite in each state.

From that, they named Mobil as Minnesota's favorite gas station.

My theory so that we all know and love Kwik Trip already, so why would we be Googling it? That's why they aren't considered Minnesota's favorite gas station, because it's based on how much it's Googled.

As for our favorite gas station snack (also based on Google Search Trends) sour gummy worms, specifically, the Trolli Sour Brite Crawlers, came out on top.

Sour gummy worms aren't my personal go-to but I could see it, the Trolli brand is everywhere.

I would have thought that the top snack would have been something like chips. That's my go-to at least. If I'm treating myself, I'm getting sour cream and onion Lays and an iced coffee when we're going on a road trip.

I know, weird combo. But you drink the coffee first for the caffeine and then when you're feeling a little snacky you break out the chips. It's not all at once, ok?
