There won't be any more music festivals in the Bahamas for Ja Rule and Billy McFarland after the whole Fyre Festival fiasco went down.

Reportedly, both men have been "barred" from setting up other festivals on the islands, and the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism said they'll be enforcing a "stricter vetting system" going forward. The group will also check in with organizers of future events from beginning to end to make sure things are running smoothly.

In fact, the only reason the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism didn't do that at the Frye Festival is because it was considered a private event, so their hands were tied.

If that isn't enough, both Rule and McFarland are being sued by lawyer Mark Geragos for $100 million for fraud, breach of covenant of good faith, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.

The way it looks, it'll be a long time before the rapper and his 25-year-old partner are free from all of this. There could also be more lawsuits coming down the road as well.
