Tampa-based model Joel Rush was the runner-up on ABC's 'True Beauty,' a modeling competition. Runner-up? Are you kidding? He is a damn-near-perfect specimen, tattoos and all.

He sends a rush of blood to our heads with that stare. Hubba hubba. And look out down below. Yeah, we said it.

For what it's worth, we think he shoulda won 'True Beauty.' Truth.
