Justin Bieber Shows Off Latest Tatoo, On David Letterman [VIDEO]

Justin Bieber showed off his tattoo on David Letterman last week, and he did not get the warmest reception from David about it. I am guessing David Letterman does not have any, because he gave Justin quite the lecture.

My favorite part of the video is how Dave lunges over his desk and grabs Justin's arm....Ouch , that is fresh and probably still a little sore. Hey Dave it is permanent! You can't give Justin a snakebite and it will rub right off!
