Kelly Clarkson Touring With the Fray
Kelly Clarkson announced this morning on Ryan Seacrest’s show that she’ll be heading out on the road with the Fray for a two-month U.S. tour, starting July 21 in Ridgefield, Washington.
Clarkson and the Fray will co-headline the trek, with Carolina Liar serving as the opening act. A handful of shows go on sale this Friday, April 20, with the others to follow in subsequent weeks. The Kellebrities, members of Clarkson’s fan club, will have first shot at tickets on Wednesday, April 18.
The tour hits casinos, amphitheatres and arenas in more than 30 cities before wrapping up Sept. 15 in Nashville. Clarkson will continue to promote her ‘Stronger’ album, which has been a huge success with the singles ‘Mr. Know It All’ and the title track. The Fray also have a new record, ‘Scars and Stories,’ which hit stores in February. The Isaac Slade-fronted band is currently charting with the single ‘Run for Your Life.’
