Level 3 Predatory Offender Moving to Cloquet

The Cloquet Police Department is informing the public about a level 3 predatory offender that is moving into the area.

Steven James Hayes is moving to Cloquet on April 10th in the area of Allen Street and Big Lake Road. He is a Level 3 registrant in the State of Minnesota.

According to FOX 21, "Hayes held several known and unknown adult female victims against their will."
