Add this to the list of phenomenal shows coming to Minnesota this summer!

Lil Wayne is launching a 2026 tour that includes an early stop in Minnesota with a frequent collaborator of his, the one and only 2 Chainz.

The freshly announced show is part of Weezy's "20 + Years of Carter Classics" tour, which includes nearly 30 stops around the country this summer and fall.

It is an extension of the 20th anniversary tour that has been celebrating the release of Tha Carter album series, which includes the original Tha Carter from 2004, Tha Carter II from 2005, and Tha Carter III from 2008.

While Lil Wayne had a few studio albums prior to these three releases, Tha Carter trilogy really brought Weezy into the spotlight. The trilogy of albums included hits like "Go DJ", "Fireman", and multi-platinum tracks like "Lollipop", "A Milli", and "Got Money".

Most of the tour, including the Minnesota stop, will include special guest 2 Chainz, who has several collaborations with Lil Wayne over the years. Having these two names on the same concert billing is guaranteed to make for a highly entertaining, hit-filled show.

The Minnesota date on this Lil Wayne tour is scheduled for Saturday, July 18 at the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee. The new Twin Cities venue has an incredible lineup for its inaugural season that seems to keep getting better as they continue to add shows like this one.

Tickets for the Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz show in Minnesota this summer go on sale via a presale to Live Nation All Access members at 10 am on Thursday, March 19. Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 am on Friday, March 20. You can find details via Lil Wayne's website.
