Longstanding Outfitter in Ely Had Property Seized and Auctioned Off By the IRS

Wilderness Outfitters in Ely was shut down and all their property was seized by the IRS back in June due to unpaid taxes. According to WDIO Wilderness Outfitters has been a staple in the Ely area since 1921. All of their items and property were auctioned off yesterday.

Over 100 bidders showed up at the auction, many trying to bid on the coveted canoes. All of the money raised will go towards paying taxes owed on the State and Federal level. For more on this story Click Here.
