From burgers to fish, so let's see what we can deep fry, there are so many great options in Minnesota. Also a lot of history in many cities from Duluth to St. Paul to Winona and more. Did you know there is even a restaurant in Minnesota older than the actual state?
Minnesotans have been going to many of these historic places since before the 1950s. There are even four restaurants that have been around since the late 1800s.
Curious to know how many of these historic restaurants you've eaten at? I'm a little ashamed that I have only eaten at about 6 of these places, but I'm still young and down from some food road trips.

Four years before Minnesota became a state, Hubbell House opened its doors in 1854. You can find the historic restaurant serving up steak and potatoes at 502 North Main Street in Mantorville.
Grant House in Rush City (1880)
Near the St. Croix river you'll find Grant House. Originally built in 1880 and rebuilt in 1896 atop the previous foundation after a fire. You can find it at 80 West 4th Street in Rush City.
Neumann's Bar & Grill in St. Paul (1887)

Pracna in Minneapolis (1890)
