Could this be the year that someone from Minnesota takes the crown and wins the show "The Voice" ? Jesse Larson may the one.

Jesse is from Minneapolis and describes himself as a singer/guitar player/custom guitar builder who obviously has a ton of talent. After Jesse's father passed away suddenly he lost all interest in music, but a call to audition for Prince changed all that. He got the opportunity to audition for Judith Hill who Prince was producing at the time, but after Princes death the tour was canceled. Jesse has said that chance encounter got him to want to perform again.

The Voice is on Monday 7pm Central and Tuesday 8pm Central on NBC.
