Minnesota's Own Foxtrot Stole the Show

This year's Puppy Bowl featured some special players from Minnesota. Two pups, Foxtrot and Potato, represented the state. Both came from Pet Haven, a foster-based animal rescue organization that has been helping pets find homes since 1952.

Foxtrot quickly made a name for himself, scoring the first touchdown of the game for Team Ruff. He continued his impressive performance, racking up multiple touchdowns and ultimately earning the title of MVP (Most Valuable Pup).

A Close Match, But Team Fluff Took the Win

Despite Foxtrot's star performance, Team Fluff edged out a 68-66 victory. The competition was tight, but the real winners were the adorable pups who found loving homes thanks to the event.

Pet Haven Celebrates Foxtrot's MVP Win

In a celebratory social media post, Pet Haven shared their excitement: "This Collie boy played hard and it paid off! We are BEYOND psyched to share that our very own Pet Haven pup, Foxtrot, took home MVP of Puppy Bowl XXI today!!!"

While the Super Bowl may have been a letdown, the Puppy Bowl once again delivered a heartwarming and entertaining show, one that left Minnesotans proud of their furry MVP.
