Minnesota State Trooper Was Driving Erratically On the Freeway, Confusing Drivers [VIDEO]

On Thursday April 19th a man and his passenger were driving on I 494 in the Cities when they noticed a trooper up ahead swerving from side to side across all 3 lanes. They decided to record the trooper and were talking back and forth to each other about what was going on?

According to City Pages a Public Information Officer for the Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Tiffani Nielson explains the maneuver the trooper was doing is called "A Wiggle." And it is specifically tailored to slow down traffic to allow for removal of debris on the road up ahead.

She went on to say at Freeway speeds this is a much safer way to slow down traffic. Apparently the debris in the road was a piece of metal. Warning: Language in video below is NSFW
