Vikings Fans have been pretty lucky this season as far as the weather goes in year 2 of the temporary outdoor stadium, but this Sunday will be the ultimate test.

With real feel temperatures expected below zero and tickets are going for the lowest price in the NFL Playoffs, the team is offering some incentives to get fans in the stands.

According to MinnesotaVikings.com free hand warmers will be handed out to fans along with free cups of Caribou Coffee in the Fan Zone. Also, beginning at 9am Sunday morning Mariucci Arena will be opened up at 9am as a type of warming house for fans. Regular blankets will be allowed in the stadium per usual.

The Vikings have also offered some  advice on what to put under your feet, newspaper, cardboard and Styrofoam.  Not that Vikings fans aren't used to cold weather, but sitting still in those temperatures can get awfully grueling.
